7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and included items are returned with the product.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer.
- Products without original packaging.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another agreed method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return according to this policy.
